Every morning when I enter the factory, I feel the dynamism of the team spirit. In the industry of telecommunication, I have the opportunity of working with many high level people to design the plan for mutual the parties to achieve the objectives respectively. The new model to the success business needed to cover the primary advising service of the potential & competitive product range, the best to restructure the product cycle as well as launching the new product on time and ensure long term access to the coming change of the industry. My teammates serve the integrated product & marketing information to conclude the direction & valuable points are excited me to facilitate and participate in any meeting with the customer. Our teamwork locates in the Greater China Region engage in high speed & real-time of the work while helping to build the competitive capability with the customer & us.
I thought I would keep working in Europe after I completed my first project in Europe. In Greater China Region, I was attracted by the dynamic nature of network, so I decided to take on the challenge and stay herein for middle & long term planning. In our team, no body is limited to the function of the job. When I was working in Europe, my responsibilities were sales & marketing. Here, I have to join into the production to ensure the quality. I work with top-level customer from different place of the world and gain a broader perspective. For me, the most compelling part of the job is the opportunity to learn. Before I joined the team, I had read articles on e-media by a partner. I never expected that I would have the chance to join a conference call with all current teammates. Here, I feel I'm really working with the best in Greater China Region.
