- The Oahu Church of Christ was started over 16 years ago in June of 1989 by a group of 21 disciples sent out from the Boston Church of Christ. Since our initial service, the church has grown to a membership of over 300, with a record Sunday attendance of over 1,000 people. The Oahu Church has planted new churches in Hilo (on the Big Island), Guam, and Maui. All of our members are committed to living their lives in accordance with the teachings of Jesus as found in the Bible.
