- When I first saw a Coton, I was smitten immediately with this beautiful little dog. As I drove home, I thought about Cotons and wondered if it would be possible to have one and breed them. Deep in thought, I happened to glance up in the clouds and saw a fluffy white puppy. As if given a sign from heaven, I decided to pursue getting a Coton. This story is true! Because my sign came though the clouds, I decided to name my kennel Nuage Cotonneux. Nuage means cloud in French, Cotonneux means cottony or cotton-wool.
