Professional evaluation or treatment is by appointment only. Patients may be referred by their neurologists, psychiatrists, or primary care physicians. In addition, patients or their families may call directly to schedule an appointment.
Appointments are available for physician evaluation or for nurse screening as part of the evaluation process to determine possible candidacy for treatment.
