It has a portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial properties located in Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin with an approximate value of $200m. Since its establishment in 1994, it has recorded a consistent financial performance reflecting the quality of the property portfolio and rental streams.
