Novagem started life in the mid nineties as a provider of high availability facility management services. This involved in-house and remote management of customer hardware and applications. In the course of performing this service, Novagem recognised the need for a more flexible system management solution. We developed a suite of products that not only maximised service levels, but also created new opportunities for cost savings and value added applications. These modules have been developed over time and now form the core of our business strategy. By leveraging our practical operational expertise we have been able to create solutions that meet real business issues. Novagem were the first to pioneer directly attached two-way SMS technology on the AS400 allowing instant remote response to system issues.
