Description
North Wheels Rent A Car was established in 1988 by Khun Kajohnwit Boonsom and friends. The first office was located on Mulmuang Road, near Sompetch intersection. After that, the company was registered as North Wheels 1989 Company Limited in the November of 1989 and provided car rental services with an intention that we would give our customers the high-quality services: high-quality cars, fist-class accident insurance, 24-hour emergency services, and royalty which is regarded as the most important thing. As we were once insulted by our foreign customers during our beginning period of car rental services that "Thais are cheaters and advantage takers" Khun Kajohnwit really could not stand that insult. He had then an aspiration that he would make "North Wheels" in Chiang Mail a better car rental services than others in the world. During many years ago, North Wheels could gradually prove itself and be accepted by the foreign customers from many countries around the world and Thai customers as well. However, North Wheels never stopped proving itself and still go on that intention.
In 2002, the office-rental contract of North Wheels was expired in July. And as there're too many difficulties with the contract entending, we needed to find a new office, which is located opposite the old office and Sompetch market. It's on 70/4-8 Chaiyaphum Road, Tambon Changmoi, Amphur Muang, Chiang Mai, four-and-half story building, between Jaengsriphoom and Pratoothapae. Besides the new office, we also give our customers the facilities of car park behind the new office in order for the convenience of our customers and not being barrier on the street. Moreover, we also have a car maintainance section in the new building in order for one stop service.
The new office was opened for giving services since October 13th, 2001 and was registered as "North Wheels Rent A Car Company Limited" in order to replace the old name "North Wheels Limited Partnership (1989)" As our intention is developing non-stop our car quality and services into excellency, we always provide our customers many new generations of car with best quality and customer services and more reasonable price than other companies. We could guarantee our customers with our policy, is that, "The customer satisfaction is not enough but the extreme customer impression is what we need"
