Nor-Cal Precision has been in business since 1989. When our riflesmith Jerry Rice retired with a back injury in 1989 his wife edicted that he was not going to sit around the house and drive her crazy! It seemed only natural that Jerry would turn his gunsmithing hobby of 10 years into a retirement-business.
