Description
Your host Pat Neligan , a retired helicopter pilot, was for 7 years the operator of a B&B on Lake Cowichan. Having sold that property, he now offers the same comforts, good food and hospitality at his new home, Nootka Island Wilderness Retreat, a remote location on the outer south west coast of Nootka Island.
His oceanfront West Coast style home is situated at the top of a cliff, overlooking the beach that is part of the trail. It features the "Dreamcatcher", a main floor view room with four single beds.
The Perch is a 12x20 ft. tent platform. It includes access to a wash house containing a flush toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also a fire pit for your enjoyment.
