- Nightingale Medical Institute was established in 2000 by its Founder and CEO Clive McNichol in Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose of its establishment was to provide wrokforce training in the field of nursing and massage therapy to individuals seeking career development and job placement assistance. The founder wanted to establish a program that was Christian based and conveyed the Six-C's of nursing care: Compassion, Communication, Commitment, Competence, Conscience and Confidence, thus forming the NMI-Atlanta Campus offering two accredited programs.
