We can not accept returns on scents, wax, soap, gel, dye, kits, or embeds due to contamination problems. All other returns are welcome. Just return the damaged or broken item within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and we will be glad to issue a refund or replacement item. We do not cover shipping on any returns and returns/replacements can only be issued upon receipt of the damaged product and only if returned within the 14 days time period.

All payments must be received within 7 business days from the date you place the order, or it will be canceled and put back up for sale. Shipping is calculated by weight to your destination, and we never charge a handling fee! All US orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation.
