1 WELCOME My name is Nicky and I have a daughter called Jasmine. When Ileft school I trained as a cook at Moray College and in 1992 I went to work at Aberlour House Prep School and after three years there I left to have my daughter in 1995. Not long after she started school I went to train as a kilt maker at the kiltschool here in Keith. While there I went back to Moray College to do my ECDL and went on to do the Opportunities for Lone Parents course.
