My husband and I did not evacuate on Sunday. The water was off Monday but was back on again Wednesday by 5:00. The officials were saying they couldn"t let people back in town because there was " no water and no electricity". We were never without electricity. Thursday night they let people back into Ramona and then they turned the water back off.! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! We deserve to be able to be in our homes and not be jerked around.
