Graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree, American Home Inspectors Training Institute, Dale Carnegie Communications course, and the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization as a Certified Residential Mold Inspector. Over 2,700 AZ home inspections performed. Former Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) having performed hundreds of field samples in various fields (noise, dust, occupational exposure monitoring, indoor air quality, and underground storage tanks, as well as taught several health and safety training programs.)
Randy Co-founded Newcomer's Inspection Services in 1994 and his focus is on development and deployment of our marketing programs, corporate communications and business strategy. Randy has extensive experience in corporate America and is also President & CEO of a management and consulting firm based in Scottsdale.
Certified Home Inspector in the State of Arizona with over 1,000 inspections performed. Background includes a computer aided design degree, Mesa Community College. Mechanical design contractor - 11 years. Graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute.
