New Mexico Sonographics was founded in July of 1993. It started as an outreach service to provide ultrasounds throughout the state of New Mexico, where access to sonograms was limited. We now have 12 outreach sites and a home office in Albuquerque. We are willing to add new sites as the need arises.
Our practice was the first to become accredited by the American Institute in Medicine in the state of New Mexico and the first nationally accredited mobile practice. We have been continuously accredited since 1997.
Our cheerful staff can identify with the patients, as we ourselves are moms. We have experienced wonderful pregnancies along with high-risk pregnancies. Amongst us we have experienced fetal loss, vaginal birth, cesarean birth, advanced maternal age, amniocentesis, and other fetal complications. Our sonographers have a combined total of over twenty years experience and feel we have the best job in the world! Our office staff act as patient advocates and will be happy to work through any insurance problems.
