Title

Neve Yerushalayim Jewish Educational Network

Description

Founded in 1970, Neve Yerushalayim was the first school to offer an in-depth study of Judaism to college-age women who had little or no knowledge of their Jewish heritage, but who thirsted to discover their spiritual roots in the Holy Land.

As a result of phenomenal growth over the years, Neve Yerushalayim developed into an extensive educational network of schools and affiliates located in Israel, North America, and Great Britain. These include Neve Yerushalayim College, teachers seminaries, post seminaries, professional training institutes, therapy centers, and career training programs. In addition to all these post-high school programs, Neve Yerushalayim expanded its educational services to include the Monsey Academy for Girls, a specialized Yeshiva high school located in suburban Monsey, New York. The Esformes Warm Home provides supportive residential facilities for the students of the Academy.

The original school, known fondly as "Neve," evolved into the Neve School of General Jewish Studies of Neve Yerushalayim College, the largest and most renowned program in the network. Many thousands of Jewish women already have had the privilege of studying with its dedicated teachers in an atmosphere that recognizes their intellectual and personal maturity.
