About Us
Nether Whitlaw Farm has been farmed by the Millar Family for over a hundred years. Presently the farm is home to a number of rare breeds, including short horned cattle, Highland cows and various rare breeds of sheep. There are several designated Sites of Special Scientific Interest on the land, in which colourful dragonflies flit amongst rare orchids and other wild flowers.
Nether Whitlaw Farm Cottage underwent extensive renovation in 2004 and is perfectly suited to rural family holidays with modern home comforts - not forgetting superb Borders views. Owned by John and Trish Millar, Nether Whitlaw Farm Cottage has been a popular family holiday destination for over 30 years and continues to attract new visitors from all over the world.
