As our name implies, neoverve is different. We don't even like to call ourselves a hosting company. We are an E-commerce Service Provider. We maintain a long list of things that our clients have told us over the years that they do not like about their previous hosting companies. We call this the "what not to do" list. For example, clients have told us that they really hate complex voice menu systems that seem to be designed to prevent you from speaking to anybody. We have never used one. We answer our phones.

Our approach is different.

Have you ever been held hostage by a website designer or host? Other web designers build stores in such as way that only they are able to perform updates. They don't provide access to all the data, disappear for weeks at a time and don't return emails or phone calls. Some clients have even been fearful of their previous designer deleting their data if they find out that they are switching providers. We consider this practice highly unethical.

neoverve provides the tools necessary for you to access and update your store yourself. But more importantly, we empower you through education and training to be self sufficient. When we build a ProStores store for a client, even with heavy customizations, we leverage the dynamic page generating capabilities of ProStores to it's fullest extent. Yes, it is much more difficult to build dynamic functionality than it is to simply build hard coded static web pages. But the advantage to you is that you do not need to be a website designer or programmer to update your store yourself. When you need assistance we are there.
