- NaturalFirst was conceived in June of 1998. We started with one product line - Muenster Natural Dog Food. Our goal was to build a distribution company for natural and organic products. Since our inception, we have added several other product lines. We currently distribute to more than 250 stores in the North Texas Metroplex area. We have now started to distribute to the Austin and San Antonio areas. Our customers are feed stores, pet stores, health food stores, grocery stores, garden centers, nurseries, hardware stores, kennels and veterinarians. Most of our stores are delivered on a weekly basis. We take pride in the fact that our order fulfillment is near 100%. The absolute principle that guides our company is one thing - Service. We will do everything reasonably possible to make sure that the product gets to our customers when they need it.
