National Night Out, which is sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by the West Fargo Police Department, Fargo Police Department, Moorhead Police Department, Dilworth Police Department, Cass County Sheriff's Department, Clay County Sheriff's Department, North Dakota Highway Patrol, Minnesota State Patrol.
