NASFORCE will be the EMC NAS liaison, acting on behalf of you, with EMC's service and support (SAC) center. This will offload IT staff from the laborious task of EMC case tracking and problem solving. This unique relationship allows us to be a consultant, an administrator, a script writer, a liaison, a first level troubleshooter, a staff trainer and more. We can do this because we are not limited to one support person working with you. The blocks of our time are purchased based on our customers' monthly requirements. With a contract with us, you have a NASFORCE behind you to handle everything from crucial system impacting situations to day-to-day operations -- all at the same time.
