Our family routinely buys your CAMEO cookies and also your Fat Free FIG NEWTONS. The new packaging for the Fig Newtons (Snack and Seal) is wonderful. It is so easy to open, take out a cookie or two, and then seal it back up. Why don't you use the same packaging technique on your Cameo cookies? Each time we open one of those packages, we have to find a plastic bag to store them in. I'm certain we are just one of many complaints which you have received about this.

Sincerely - Ann and William Neikam - Hebron, NH 03241 -

I have been purchasing Nabisco products for as long as I can remember. As a child I grew up in Philadelphia, and will always remember driving past the Nabisco factory in Northeast Philadelphia. The wonderful aroma still clings to my nostrils!

I have a comment to make to you about packageing. For years all Graham Crackers have always come in 3 sealed plastic pks per box. However, this has always been so illlogical. First, there are to many crackers to eat once the pkg. is oppened,18 I believe? Therefore, the rest can get stale, and must be removed and re-packaged. Second, they are impossible to get back in the box once any are opened. If one tries, there are crumbs everywhere! This discourages me from purchasing this product. Can you re think the packaging? After all it is most likely due for an up-date after 50 years or so?

We love your roasted garlic crackers, however a newly opened box contains only 15-25% whole crackers. The rest are broken and are useless for many uses. If we wanted shredded wheat we would have bought that product.

I recently bought a 13 oz. box of rosemary and olive oil triscuits; now while I love them, I can't help but feel short changed being that 40% of the crackers are broken in half. Unfortunately, this is not the first occurrence.

Recently we purchased Newtons Fruit Thins. My husband loves fig newtons and eats them over any other product so he decided to try these. Well, let me tell you they don't hold a candle to fig newtons. He ate a few only because we live on a limited income and try not to waste anything. We took them out to feed the deer who will most likely eat anything but the Newtons Fruit thins weren't one that they ate. After a few days we took them to the trash. Thought you might like to know how unsatisfied we were with this product and will never buy anything except regular Fig Newtons again.
