- Fish Guy (frustrated) : I recieved a Motorola Razor that was defective and needed to return it. After 3 calls, 1 email, and an online chat session I still can not get an RMA #. 2 of the calls ended with the cust, service rep hanging up on me without saying anything. I have purchased several phones in the past with no problems, but I judge a business by how they deal with problems.
