Established in 1996 as The Candle Works in Webster City, Iowa, we started a seasonal, family owned and operated business. For 60 days during the holiday's, we would demonstrate the art of candle carving for the public. The rest of the year, we would customize wedding candles for the bride-to-be, from our home.
In 1998 we opened a retail store, where hand carved candles can be ordered or purchased year round. Brides-to-be visit our store to order their custom wedding candle. We also carry a line of wedding candle accessories.
Now in 2000 we bring to you My Wedding Candle.com an on line catalog with over 300 combinations of wedding candles at your finger tips. From hand carved sets to verse, ribbon, lace or plain wedding candles. Future plans include expanding our on line wedding candle catalog, and fundraising program.
