- Welcome to The Cake Shop at Spring Mills (formerly The Graham Design)! Unlike some, I did not begin life as a decorator, but with a degree in history and a love of baking on the side. I began cake decorating as a creative outlet when our first daughter was born, and it took off from there. I am currently the CEO of our house, which is a full time job, and I am lucky enough to get to spend every day with our two girls, Katie and Carrie.
