My Address Book LLC was formed in late 2003 after our founder realized that there was an easier way to store contact information. The idea started back in the summer of 2002 when he was swooped off his feet by a cute little brown eyed, brown haired girl. He was so taken by this beautiful woman that he decided to marry her and share this occasion with all their friends and family. Little did he know that this meant his friends and family, her friends and family, his mother’s and his mother in law’s.

Within a few short weeks our founder found himself in possession of the largest address book he had ever assembled. Friends, friends of friends, cousins, and grand uncles alike, he had their addresses. And from this address book the guest list was assembled, invitations were printed and seating assignments were arranged. The wedding went off with out a hitch and the happy couple had an evening they would remember for a lifetime.

Well, time flew by for the love birds and before long the holiday season was around the corner. The happy couple wanted to return some of the love that had been showered upon them with a greeting card wishing love and happiness through the holiday season. Preparations were made and the address book was dusted off. Cards were printed, addressed and ready to be mailed out when the beautiful bride said, “Honey, this isn’t Tim’s new address, and Andrea is now living in Connecticut. Did you forget that your brother just got married?” In the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season our founder had forgotten to check the address book for updates.
