How do we help our customers?
True Story- We recently had a customer contact us for help because her child's behavior had changed pretty dramatically and she was concerned the nanny might have something to do with it. She didn't want to just come out and accuse the nanny (who had been with them for over a year) of any wrong doing but she could not ignore the fact that her child was exhibiting signs that something was just not right. Because the nanny had been working in the home for quite some time the mother did not want to get a spy camera hidden in a device that would stand out. She was afraid the nanny might notice a new fan or digital clock. So we spent about 20 minutes going through possible disguises that would not stand out in her home. Finally from our list of recommendations, she decided on a smoke detector nanny cam that she could mount to the ceiling, knowing it's highly unlikely the nanny would notice a smoke detector.
She received her smoke detector camera about 3 days after placing her order and was quick to get it up and running. She had the detector for about 2 weeks before she called to place an order for another nanny cam. That's when she explained exactly what happened. She explained that the smoke detector camera worked perfect and that the nanny was not the cause of her child's change in behavior. In fact nanny cam had captured her friend of 20 years abusing her child. She didn't give us specific details but she was in complete disbelief. Her friend would frequently watch her child when her nanny was in school. She said it was shocking to think that you can know someone for so long and still not truly know who they are.
