We are sorry to announce that while planning and funding were in place for the Mitrovica Summer University (MSU) 2009, due to circumstances beyond our control, SPARK and the University management, have decided to postpone the MSU 2009. This is a consequence of the difficulties that arise operating in a complex post-conflict environment. SPARK and the University have agreed that running the MSU in July would not give optimal results.
