It was determined that people had no where else to go for insurance coverage on their children's instruments. Instruments were being dropped, stepped on and stolen. Parents and schools were having to take money from their budgets to pay for repairs and replacements. It was hard enough to raise the money to purchase the instruments, let alone keeping them in good playing order. Hence, the vision of an insurance agency that could offer good coverage, with reasonable rates, low deductibles and excellent customer service emerged.
