- Max Sevillia, Senior Consultant, recently joined M+R’s Government Affairs team from the American Civil Liberties Union where he served as a legislative consultant and led a national campaign to strengthen civil liberties protections in the American immigration system. Max also served as Judiciary Committee counsel to Representative Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) and counsel to Representative Alcee Hastings (D-FL). Max is a member of the Florida Bar and a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. During long D.C. winters, he misses Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he was born, and Miami, where he went to high school and college. You can reach Max at msevillia@mrss.com.
