It had been neglected for many years before Brian and Donna found it. It was once a cattle show farm during the 1950s, after which it became a dairy farm. There are not many farms left in the area due to development. It is in the process of being restored. The animals that call this home include 20 miniature horses, 2 paso fino horses, 1 morgan horse, 3 zebu cows (miniature brahma), 3 emus, 4 llamas, 1 donkey, 6 goats, 1 muntjack, many rabbits, 4 dogs, 17 ferrets, 20 plus cats, and two tanks of fish.
