Montpelier Glove and Safety Products was founded in 1933. Originally named Montpelier Glove, our goal was to manufacture quality leather work gloves for industrial applications at our Montpelier, Indiana Facility.
In 1978, the current Owner/President Max Hiser purchased Montpelier Glove from the original owners and during the 1980’s expanded its domestic leather glove product line to include all glove styles. Those styles included: Leather, Cotton, Coated, Unsupported, Disposable and Cut Resistant gloves. These product groups were also made available in domestic and imported varieties.
The 1990’s saw major changes at Montpelier Glove. Our product line was again expanded to include all aspects of safety, health and maintenance supplies. Anything the industrial customer may need to keep their employees and facilities clean, safe and operating at peak efficiency can be found at Montpelier Glove.
