Five years ago we opened a coffee house with three tables and nine chairs inside. People gathered, and soon lunch was being served. The sandwiches were remarkable with incredible spreads and everyone came for Steven’s soups, even calling ahead to reserve a cup or bowl.
Finney was born (timing is everything!). Our customers were very gracious about being deprived of coffee and sandwiches for a couple of days. Steven was back right away making sure that everyone in our town was able to get their favorite soups in the middle of a cold March and Finney joined the family business ten days later!
We immediately outgrew the three tables, so we expanded into the rest of the building six months later with the ability to seat up to forty people for our lunches.
