Frank is a "Three In One" facilitator, an International Touch For Health practitioner and instructor, an Educational Kinesiology instructor, a Certified Aroma therapist and a teacher of Yoga from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy. He spent a number of years as staff within the Sivananda organization, and continues to run fasting programs at some of their ashrams.
Anne Karine is also a "Three In One" facilitator, and has studied with a German Heilpraktiker school. Her specialty is Bio-resonance therapy and nutrition. She is also a qualified Sivananda Yoga teacher. Anne Karine has just recently completed a Prana Healing course at Damanhur - the spiritual retreat in Italy where she spends some time each year.
Chandra Mauli and Lauren Manning are running the retreat on behalf of Frank and Anne Karine, who are taking some time out to travel, explore and to simply be. Both Chandra and Lauren have worked here in the past and may be familiar to many past guests. They teach yoga and meditation and Lauren will be doing some of the therapies.
