- This page is dedicated to open wheel racing photos. Sprint, Champ, Midgets, Micro-Sprints, Mini-Sprints, Super Modifieds and more. All images are taken by either Mark or Matt Sublett. We started photographing the sport of Sprint Car racing in 1995 after 10+ years of attending races at our home track San Jose Speedway. We are currently members of the Motor Sports Press Association and contribute to a number of racing papers and internet sites. Our biggest accomplishments include becoming the official photographers of the BCRA Midget division, as well as images being selected for use in the National Sprint Car Calendar selected by veteran photographers Mike and Nan Arthur. Most of these photos are shot in Northern California, but trips to the Mid-West every year have produced some good shots also. I hope you enjoy the photos in our gallery.
