About MJWTS
MJW Technical Services, Inc. was incorporated in March of 2005. Our primary mission is to provide high quality and timely calibrations for all types of radiation detection equipment. MJWTS professionals and staff have a combined 50 years of calibration experience and with our state of the art calibration facility strategically located in the northeastern U.S. in Olean, NY; we can quickly and efficiently service customers from coast to coast. In addition to instrument calibrations, MJWTS also provides our customers with a source leak testing service. Further, MJWTS recognizes that a well-trained staff is a productive and safe staff. MJWTS offers a suite of technical training courses to improve staff knowledge and competency in key areas of OSHA compliance and communication.
Ludlum Authorized Eastern U. S. Service Center
MJW Technical Services, Inc. is proud to announce that Ludlum Measurements, Inc has authorized MJW Technical Services to be its Eastern U.S. Service Center. This cooperative agreement between MJWTS and Ludlum will ensure Eastern U.S. instrument owners will receive the same quality calibrations, repairs and service as provided by the factory.
MJWTS is a New York State Department of Labor licensed calibration facility located in Olean, N.Y. Instruments will be calibrated using methods in accordance with ANSI N323-1997, and as recommended by the instrument manufacturer. Sources used for calibration are traceable to the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST). MJWTS calibrates survey meters and bench top instruments from all manufactures (Ludlum, Bicron, Victoreen, Eberline, and many others). MJWTS will calibrate and performance check fixed monitors and vehicle monitoring systems in the field. Normal calibration turn around time will be five (5) working days or less from the date received to the date shipped. MJWTS can perform emergency calibrations with a one-day turn-around time if needed.
