One On One, now known as Mindscope Staffing Software, initially started as the Canadian distributor of a Swedish computer based training software. By 1999, the product focus became increasingly centered on applicant tracking and candidate testing software programs, primarily geared towards the staffing industry. Our current staffing software product mindSCOPE has been designed to focus on facilitating the requirements of Staffing agencies, contingency search firms, executive search firms and temporary placement agencies. We currently operate offices in Toronto Canada and Los Angeles USA.

At Mindscope we understand that our recruiting software is a mission critical application. For this reason, we have made a significant investment in customer service. We employ implementation managers that guide the client through all stages of the transition. Our technical service team and our trainers have the knowledge and the sensitivity of the staffing industry to assist our clients in all aspects of the software and how it is best integrated into the day to day operations of our clients. Whether you are a small recruitment firm or a large staffing agency our software and team will make it work for you. Mindscope is not simply a reseller of software, Mindscope is a professional software development firm. Our development team possesses years of software development experience and an extensive knowledge of the recruiting industry. Although our staff has an understanding of the staffing business we realize that our customers are the experts in this arena and that is why we listen so closely to their needs when making changes to our existing products or developing new ones.

Mindscope is currently in the process of developing a completely new suite of products that will incorporate much of the functionality of the existing products but will also address the changes of the staffing industry. We are very excited to be undertaking this project which addresses much of the additional features that our existing staffing clients have requested and many other features that will broaden the scope of mindScopes applications.
