We are a family owned business in the mountains of North Carolina. We aren’t the largest log home manufacturer in the U.S., but we are honest and do quality work. We try to treat our home owners the way we would like to be treated and try to save you some money in the process.
We have been in the log home business for 16 years at our present location between Black Mountain and Old Fort, North Carolina. Our White Pine comes from local loggers in the surrounding area. We saw it, dry kiln, plane, mold and sand it here on site. We make the ceiling boards, beams and other components for the home out of the side lumber from the logs. We do not waste any of the tree. We grade and stamp all the logs and timbers and are certified through Timber Products Inspection, Inc. If a log or timber doesn’t meet national grading specifications, it does not go into one of our homes.
