Why would you buy seasonings, spices, barbecue sauce, hot sauce or anything from a guy that just says it's good? I'm not a chef, I'm not an expert, I am just a guy that loves food, loves to eat and enjoys cooking. Below is my story and I hope it gives you a little insight into who I am.
Having lived in the Midwest most of my life, after college I decided to move, move south. Not sure where I was going, I packed my car with all of my belongings and drove.
I stopped in Memphis first. Nice city, great Bar-B-Q and friendly people, but not far enough south, I guess. I drove through Mississippi, through the pine forests, stopping in small towns along the way. Jackson had good down-home southern cooking. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans...grits for breakfast, always. Nice town but just wasn't where I felt I wanted to be. I drove on.
