Microfilm & Imaging of Durango is a privately held Colorado Corporation founded in 1995. MID is owned and operated by Leslie Lauth. Leslie, born and raised in Durango, offers state of the art document management services to her community and the region.
Since MID’s inception, La Plata County has been committed to moving towards a paperless work environment. Beginning with microfilm and then moving to the affordable solution to convert paper into electronic document formats. Using scanned images stored on CD, document retrieval now takes seconds. The retrieval system is simple enough to be used by all personnel as well as the public. MID now serves 12 counties in Colorado as well as an assortment of schools and private businesses with their document management needs.
MID continues to grow as a result of consistently meeting customers’ expectations. Experienced staff maintains a high level of quality, service and confidentiality. Customers’ individual needs are assessed and addressed. MID has the technology and human resources to provide solutions for today’s technology needs.
