Mezenet was acquired by Unilog Ltd at the end of 2003. The high quality "expertise in a niche" tradition has been maintained through 2005, establishing Unilog Ltd as the leading SAP UK Services Partner focussing on BI.
On 19 September 2005, LogicaCMG announced its intention to acquire Unilog. This was subject to regulatory, merger and shareholder approval. Following the completion of the tender offer LogicaCMG announced on 10 January 2006, that it held approximately 96.6 per cent of the capital of Unilog and 95.8 per cent of the voting rights.
