Description
- Metta was established to provide people with a single source of Complementary and Alternative health information together with holistic contacts throughout the UK. Metta.co.uk and Metta.org.uk are one in the same. For historic reasons the .org.uk was unavailable during the initial set up. the .org.uk is simply there to clarify the not for profit status. Metta continues to run at a small loss, however we hope to cover the cost with advertising and sponsorship. Any help you can offer in promoting and supporting this service is very welcome.
Metta hopes to provide information of use to all on a broad range of topics considered alternative and holistic including extensive listings for therapies, workshops, activities and contacts for spiritual, physical and emotional well being.
Metta will grow over the coming months and years to contain information and listings of just about everything considered Alternative, from Aromatherapy through to Zen Buddhism. Including Tai Chi, Yoga, Massage, wise words, books, teachings, music, food, therapies, treatments and a whole lot more.

Great navigation, fast and effecient. shop is very limited but the free info service is just great
