METS coordinates and administrates quality training and employment for the thirteen First Nations in Nova Scotia. From Sydney to Yarmouth with a Native Employment Officer(NEO) at each of the 13 First Nations along with a NEO at the Mic Mac Native Friendship Centre METS was originally formed in April 1991 as The Pathway Secretariat.
