Dr David Vivian is the President and a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Musculoskeletal Medicine (AFMM). He has over 25 years experience in pain assessment and management and is one of the most experienced doctors in the technique of radiofrequency neurotomy. Dr Vivian was one of a select group of practitioners who was engaged in the Australian National Musculoskeletal Medicine Initiative sponsored by the Federal Minister of Health and the co-author of the NHMRC Guidelines on Acute Musculoskeletal Pain released in 2004. Dr Vivian has a special interest in whiplash and headache.
Description
We aim to provide the best available care and management for patients with chronic and recurrent spinal and referred pain. Our physicians are committed to professional development and collaboration with the international spine medicine community. We have worked hard to become leaders in the field of spinal pain medicine and will continue to maintain the highest levels of clinical and technical competence.
Metro Spinal Clinic is situated on Level 1 of the Glen Eria Day Surgery. It contains numerous operating theatres, and a purpose fitted procedure room with the latest imaging equipment to assist us to treat patients.
