Dr. Jennings' postgraduate mesotherapy training was through the American Academy of Mesotherapy. A Member of the prestigious French Societé de Mesotherapie, Paris, France, Dr. Jennings is an experienced full time Mesotherapist serving clients in both southern and northern California. As Founder of the Mesotherapy Institute of Technology (MIT), Dr. Jennings has treated clients from throughout the United States.

Dr. Jennings completed his Doctorate of Medicine at Loma Linda University (Fifth graduate year) after receiving an M.D. degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara Faculty of Medicine. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of California, San Diego; a Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Virology from the University of Connecticut; and graduate research in the PhD doctoral program, Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Jennings’ residency training included two years of General Surgery, with an emphasis on Orthopedic Trauma, Sports Medicine, Pediatric Surgery and reconstructive techniques.

Dr. Jennings was elected Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians in 1995 and a Charter Member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine in 1992. Dr. Jennings held a volunteer faculty appointment as Clinical Instructor, Clerkships, Department of Family Medicine, University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine (1992-2002). He is also a Member of the American College of Sports Medicine and American College of Emergency Medicine. Since 1990, Dr. Jennings is an Active Medical Staff Member of renowned Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach, CA, where he served as Chairman of the Family Medicine Department and on Hoag's Executive Committee.
