Porter. We were class counsel for plaintiffs in the Fibreboard Global Settlement Litigation, which was an attempt to resolve the dispute between Fibreboard, its insurers, and many thousands of asbestos litigation claimants. The settlement, however, was disallowed by the Supreme Court.
