Meadowlake is located at 291 Shaw Road in Circleville, NY between Goshen Turnpike and Rt. 302 right off exit 119 on the Quickway. You can reach us at 845-361-5307 or 914-500-8253 To get here, exit the Quickway at exit 119, head east on Rt302 toward Pine Bush. (Exit 119 is only about 2 miles from the Middletown exit, which is exit 120) Shaw Rd is the first right turn. (It's called "Baker Rd" here, so don't be fooled.)
