Stanley K. Argo is President/CEO of Masterpiece Communities, Inc. and has extensive hands on experience in land development, construction management and new home sales. He stays involved in all communities from concept to close-out and adapts the philosophy that a "market driven" development strategy insures that homes are sold, creating demand for additional lots. In 1976, Argo initiated the "Great Atlanta Condo Workout". His client list included regional and national banks and savings and loans. Learning from and correcting others’ mistakes, he personally sold out six projects with a "personal best" of 349 units in seven months. Over the next 13 years, he and his staff effectively completed the development, construction and/or marketing of almost 2,800 units in 22 foreclosed condominium communities.
