William C. (Chuck) McCurdy, Jr., is a native of Marietta, Georgia.Graduating from Marietta High School, he then attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After an abbreviated career in the restaurant industry, Chuck continued his education at John Marshall Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1993 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
Chuck was admitted to the bar in 1993 and has practiced in Marietta, Woodstock, and Jasper until present. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Sections, as well as the Appalachian Bar Association and the Blue Ridge Bar Association. In his career, Chuck has
handled thousands of Bankruptcy cases, representing both Debtors and Creditors in a multitude of bankruptcy matters. Chuck is equally adept at handling both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings.
