This lifesaving work is critical for many of these warm, loving, affectionate and unfortunate animals whose only crimes were being born, not wanted or lost; animals who would otherwise meet with certain death. Our organization has saved thousands of beautiful and truly wonderful animals, but there are still millions more to be rescued. Thousands are still put to death daily and suffer horribly in laboratories, pounds and on the street.

It destroys all the white blood cells and makes us get very sick and die. Many of us kittens that get this disease die, but it can be prevented by vaccinations. There are many other terrible diseases like feline leukemia that can't be cured either, but can be prevented by vaccinations.
